first heat went well finishing 12th from 17th which put me in 16th for the final. Had a great battle with James Millman and Shaun Brame in the heat, thoroughly enjoyable, and a visit from Tony Southgate to say “hi” confirmed he enjoyed watching it too!
Final wasn’t so successful. Made a few places and had a really good battle with James Millman again, but unfortunately a few laps in I tried an overtake into Copse that he wasn’t expecting, moving over to hit my front left hard on his right hand side rollcage protection.
Race over but hopefully not afternoon over. Brian and Dan are busy replacing bent alloys, top ball joints and top wishbones. We have 40 mins approx until we are called so watch this space!
